How many guests will be illustrated?

On average I illustrate around 10–12 guests per hour. This keeps the experience relaxed and ensures every portrait is full of care, charm, and personality.

Does every guest get an illustration?

Not every guest will have a portrait, and that's totally normal! Live illustration is all about the experience and the keepsakes. Guests love watching the drawings come to life, and those illustrated go home with a personalised memento.

How does it work on the day?

I arrive early to set up, then draw throughout your booked time. Guests are illustrated as time allows: no rush, no stress, just fun interactive art that adds a magical touch to your celebration.

Can we add extra time on the day?

Extra hours can sometimes be added on the day if available, but the safest way is to pre-book additional time to make sure everyone who wants a portrait gets one.

Do you travel to our venue?

Yes! Travel is included within 30 miles of South Yorkshire. Beyond that, I charge 45p per mile (return journey).

Can we add personal touches to the illustrations?

Absolutely: names, wedding dates, little special details. I also offer custom illustrations like pets, stars, hearts, or anything unique to your love story. Happy to quote on enquiry.

Keeping It Simple

A 50% deposit secures your date.

The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding, when I'll confirm all the details and timings for your day.

I keep everything as simple as possible. You don't need anything else to think about when wedding planning.
